Who Are We?
Alistair Milne is a commercially focused and highly experienced HR Professional, Consultant and Non-Executive Director with a strategic but hands-on approach. Alistair has a consistent record of delivering substantial change and business transformation across a variety of people-centric sectors on a global basis, including within the Commercial, Charity, Education and Professional Association sectors. Alistair’s early career was spent within global technology and manufacturing with Weir Group, Schlumberger, The Roxboro Group and Bookham Technology .
He then moved into the third sector as HR Director at the NSPCC and subsequently into the professional association sector where he was Director of HR and CSR at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Alistair has significant global experience, having had direct responsibility for teams and for supporting businesses in, North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, including a period living and working in China.
He has been a member of Remuneration and Nominations Committees, and in addition has had experience and accountability for CSR and active member involvement (volunteers) in his charity and professional body roles.
